Well, I'm a Caldari pilot who's been vaguely thinking about a Nightmare. I know my way around a shield tank, but I've never done a 0.0 anomaly so I don't know how much tank you need. With that proviso, here are a couple of fits to think about...

Deals 875 turret dps with good tracking, plus drones.
That tanks 670 Blood Raider dps for 2m40s with the guns firing, meaning that if you pulse the shield booster judiciously and watch your range/triggers it could do L4s without needing cap charges. The cap booster would be insurance for hard missions, mistakes with triggers, and getting neuted.
[Personally I'd use a T2 fit for L4s. It's good enough, and less of a suicide gank magnet. But I get the impression you're aiming higher...]

That tanks 1199 Blood Raider DPS for four minutes with the cap booster running. You ought to be able to reduce the incoming damage pretty well in four minutes...
As I said, I don't know 0.0 anoms from a hole in the ground. But maybe somebody who does will chime in on those fits. Or you could try them out on Sisi.
